Exhibit Cancellation Policy:
In case if your schedule prevents you to attend after registration
we will accept a substitute colleague from your company at
any time at no charge. However, we have to be notified in
advance to prepare badges etc.
Cancellations After August 1 (60 days before the event):
No refunds
Cancellations before July 31: 50% refund
Note: Due to some circumstances if the event is cancelled,
Gene Expression Systems, Inc. is not responsible for any-travel
or transportation or hotel related expenses and other damages.

Reception: The companies who sponsors cocktail
reception will get an opportunity to speak in Scientific
Session (and gain Sponsor status) to attain
the greatest visibility in the conference (contact for details).

Sponsors: Opportunity will be provided to corporations
to sponsor this event.
- A.M and P.M. Refreshment
Breaks: By sponsoring AM, PM breaks and luncheons
will provide a company executive to chair a session to gain
