Cancellation Policy:
In case if your schedule prevents you to attend after registration
we will accept a substitute colleague from your company at
any time at no charge. However, we have to be notified in
advance to prepare badges etc.
Cancellations After Sept. 8 (60 days before the event): No
refunds
Cancellations before Sept 7: 50% refund
Note: Due to some circumstances if the event is cancelled,

or transportation or hotel related expenses and other damages.
