Payment: Payments must be made in U.S. dollars. Substitutions/Cancellation Policy:
In case if your schedule prevents you to attend after registration we will accept a substitute colleague from your company at any time at no charge. However, we have to be notified in advance to prepare badges etc.
Cancellations After April 16 (15 days before the event): No refunds
Cancellations After April 1 (30 days before the event): 50% refund
Cancellation After March 22 (40 days before the event): 70% refund

POSTERS Poster Sizes: 4’ x 8’
We encourage industry and academic scientists to submit Abstracts for this event. Abstract should be limited to one-page with 200-400 words (single or 1.5 space typed) no later than March 20, 2005 for inclusion in the conference book. Additional poster abstracts will be accepted until April 15, but may not be guaranteed to be included in the book. To submit an abstract for poster presentation you must be registered and paid in advance to reserve a poster board.
