Shuttle services: Airport shuttle service to Hotel Deca costs $16–$25 each way. Taxis cost more than $36. Using the hotel’s preferred company, Town Car service is a flat $35 to or from the airport. (Prices subject to change.).

From Seattle-Tacoma Airport (SEA) or Interstate 5 North

When leaving the airport, follow the street signs onto Interstate 5 North. Follow I-5 North past the city, and take exit 169 to 45th street. Stay in the right hand lane and drive east on 45th street 5 blocks to Brooklyn Ave. Then turn left to the hotel entrance.

From Interstate 5 South
Take exit 169 to 45th street, drive east on 45th street 5 blocks to Brooklyn Ave. Then turn left to the hotel entrance.
From 405
Merge onto WA-520, then take the I5 North Exit to exit 169 NE 45th Street. Stay in the right lane and drive east on 45th 5 blocks to Brooklyn Ave, turn left onto Brooklyn Ave and left into the hotel.

Getting around: With so much to do right outside the hotel’s doors, most guests forego a rental car unless they plan extensive travel in the area. Numerous shops, ethnic restaurants, and theaters are within walking distance. Hotel Deca provides complimentary shuttle service within a four-mile radius.

For other trips, taxis are convenient; a taxi stand is just outside the hotel. Metro bus service is excellent in the University District, with a bus stop adjacent to the hotel. Express buses 71, 72, and 73 take guests to downtown Seattle in about 15 minutes for less than $5; buses leave the hotel every 10 minutes or so.
